How this course works:

This is a tailored-to-you course. To begin, you’ll share with me some information about your menstrual cycle (such as the typical length, any health conditions you’re living with, and anything else that could affect your cycle).

Once this information has been collated, you’ll receive regular emails packed with education and insights specific to each phase of your menstrual cycle, practical tips, and guidance, as well as prompts for journalling, meditation and selfcare. You’ll learn how to nurture and celebrate the unique gifts each season of the menstrual cycle brings, and how to honour and enhance your well-being throughout each phase.

What if I don’t have a regular cycle, or it’s really long or short?

That’s okay! When you sign up, you’ll complete a questionnaire which tells me about your cycle, so I can start sending you your prompts on day 1 of your next cycle (or when your next period starts). I will then continue to share prompts with you through your cycle, and from time to time I’ll ask for ask for your feedback, to help me to make sure that the prompts I am sending to you are relevant to your current season, and to ensure you get the best out of the course.

Do I need to reply to the emails?

The emails are personal for you (they won’t be created by a bot!), and so if you would like to share with me your reflections, or have any questions, then you can hit reply and your email will come straight to my inbox. I also might, from time to time during the course, ask for your feedback, to help me to make sure that the prompts I am sending to you are relevant to your current season. However, there’s absolutely no need to reply to all of my emails, and this course is more for you to get to know yourself through the prompts that I share, as opposed to it being a back and forth coaching conversation.
