You’re invited to "Renew & Recharge: Your Menopause Day Retreat," a day designed to help you embrace menopause your way. This one-day retreat offers a balanced blend of restorative activities including sound baths, menopause yoga, journaling, and sharing circles.
We have thoughtfully planned each session to provide relaxation, self-reflection, and learning in a safe and supportive space, and Monk’s Cottage provides the perfect setting if you’re looking for a moment of peace, seeking ways to manage symptoms, or wanting to connect with others experiencing similar challenges.
What to expect:
Sharing circle - Menopause Wellness Practitioner, Vickie Heller, will lead the sharing circle, providing a safe space for everyone to learn and share their stories.
Sound bath - Led by our experienced therapist, Kate O’Malley, who will help you to quieten your mind using her expertise with gongs, singing bowls, and chimes to enhance your sense of well-being.
Menopause yoga - During this session, Kate will guide you to find balance and inner calm to support physical and emotional well-being during menopause.
Journaling - Hormone & Mindset Coach, Laura Teare-Jones will guide you through prompts and exercises, using the power of journaling to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and aspirations for menopause and beyond.
