I have experienced a lot of difficulties throughout my life; From being a teenage mum, domestic abuse, mental health issues, homelessness, alcoholism, and more. There were times when I really couldn't see the point in life.
Over the years I have learned a lot about myself, and grown in so many ways. I went back to education, got my psychology degree, embarked on a PhD while still homeless, and I am still standing. I could only achieve this through the support of others, one of whom is my coach.
I want to use my experience to help women who, like me, have lost their sense of self, who feel ground down by the daily monotony of life.
